Tell us a little about your job:
My day to day work comprises of troubleshooting issues with WiFi access points, switches, routers and firewalls. Our team is responsible for keeping over 50 separate LANs and WiFi networks up and running, as well as implementing projects and future proofing our sites.
What is the favourite part of what you do?
The sense of satisfaction that comes with fixing a critical error or completing a large scale project. There’s nothing better than sitting back in your chair and seeing everything running smoothly.
How did you get to where you are today?
